@article{oai:niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00004191, author = {堀田, 憲康 and 長谷川, 実 and 前田, 博之 and 松尾, 重友}, issue = {1}, journal = {窯業協會誌, 窯業協會誌}, month = {Jan}, note = {Nb_2O_5 焼結体と CaO 焼結体とを重ね合わせて拡散対とし,Arガスふん囲気中1150°〜1300℃で加熱してNb_2O_5-CaO系固相反応を調べた.生成する反応層を電子顕微鏡観察,X線マイクロアナライザー分析,X線回折及び熱膨張測定し,次のような結果を得た.Nb_2O_5層とCaO層の境界面において,1150℃と1200℃の温度でCaO・Nb_2O_5,2CaO・Nb_2O_5,立方晶3CaO・Nb_2O_5と斜方晶系化合物2相共存する層,計3種類の反応層が生成し,1250℃と1300℃の温度でCaO・Nb_2O,2CaO・Nb_2O_5,立方晶3CaO・Nb_2O_5,立方晶3CaO・Nb_2O_5と斜方晶系化合物2相共存する層,計4種類の反応層が生成した.これらはNb_2O_5中へのCaOの一方拡散により生じた.生成した反応層の幅の大きさは,2相共存層>3CaO・Nb_2O_5>2CaO・Nb_2O_5>CaO・Nb_2O_5,の順であった.この斜方晶系化合物は4CaO・Nb_2O_5よりもCaO成分か多い組成を有していると考えられた.また1150°〜1300℃の温度ではこの斜方晶系化合物よりもCaO成分の多い化合物は存在しなかった., Solid state reactions between sintered Nb205 and CaO have been studied in Ar at the temperature range from 1150℃ to 1300℃. The reaction layers formed at the Nb_2O_5-CaO interface were examined by using electron microscopy, EPMA, X-ray diffraction and dilatometry. The following results were obtained. At 1150℃ and 1200℃, three layers (CaO・Nb_2O_5・2CaO・Nb_2O_5 and a phase mixture of cubic 3 CaO・Nb_2O_5 and orthorhombic compound) and at 1250℃ and 1300℃, four layers (CaO・Nb_2O_5・2 CaO・Nb_2O_5 cubic 3 CaO・Nb_2O_5 and a phase mixture of cubic 3 CaO・Nb_2O_5 and orthorhombic compound) were formed. These results indicated that the one-way diffusion of CaO into Nb_2O_5 occurred. The order in width of the reaction layer was the phase mixture, cubic 3 CaO・Nb_2O_5, 2 CaO・Nb_2O_5 and CaO・Nb_2O_5. The orthorhombic compound was richer in CaO content than 4 CaO・Nb_O_5.
