It is known that they were converted to various usages according to the special plan named "Yokosuka City Tenkan-Jigyo-Keikaku" made in 1950. However, it is not known that the local government of Yokosuka City and the national government, that is, the Ministry of Finance were separately making the detailed conversion plans of the former military properties immediately after the end of the World War Ⅱ. Then, I clarify the compositions and conversion ideas of three conversion plans that the local government of Yokosuka City and the national government made.
