 note = {The purpose of this paper is to clarify the conversion plan of former military grounds in the reconstruction plan of cities that formerly served as naval ports and the land use of former military grounds at the middle of the 1970's in Yokosuka City. Former military grounds had been planned to convert to the three huge factory sites, four huge residential lands, several open spaces, and some schools in the reconstruction plan. At the middle of the 1970's, former military grounds had become a huge industrial site at the Oppama area. A lot of former military grounds had been used as the elementary schools or the junior high schools. The large-scale open spaces in the north and central area of the city had been converted from former military grounds.},
