JOURNAL","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【緒言】高齢化が進む我が国では，高齢者に対するがん緩和ケアの重要性が今後ますます高くなっていくことが予想される．しかし，地方における高齢者のがん緩和ケアに関する報告は少ない．都道府県がん診療連携拠点病院として，全国水準よりも高齢化が進んでいる新潟県においてがん医療の中心的な役割を担ってきたがん専門病院の緩和ケアについて検討することは，将来の地域医療の進歩に貢献する可能性があると考えた．本研究の目的は，新潟県立がんセンター新潟病院緩和ケア科を受診したがん患者の臨床像を75 歳未満の非後期高齢者群と75歳以上の後期高齢者群とで比較検討することにより，地方のがん専門病院における緩和ケアの現状と課題を明らかにすることである．\n【方法】2009年4月から2016年3月までの期間に当科を受診したがん患者421名を対象として，後方視的カルテ調査を実施した．患者を75歳未満の非後期高齢者群と75歳以上の後期高齢者群に分け，背景について比較検討した.2群間の比較において，カテゴリー変数値に対してはFisherの直接確率検定もしくはが検定を，連続変数値に対してはMann-Whitney U検定を用いた．両側P値<0.05 を有意差ありと定義した．\n【結果】期間中に当科に依頼のあったがん患者は421例（男性181例，女性240例）で，非後期高齢者は365例，後期高齢者は56例であった．非後期高齢者群では，PSO,抗がん治療施行中，がん原発部位が乳腺の患者の割合が高く（それぞれP=0.003,P=0.005,P=0.028),後期高齢者群では，抗がん治療終了後，介入依頼理由が食欲不振の患者の割合が高かった（それぞれ，P=0.008,P=0.001).\n【結論】抗がん治療終了後だけでなく，治癒目的を含めた抗がん治療施行中の後期高齢者も緩和ケア科を受診しているという，地方のがん専門病院の現状が明らかになった．医療資源が乏しく，施設間の連携による機能分担が難しい状況にある地方においては，がん専門病院においても，多様な患者背景に応じて，年齢や抗がん治療の施行状況に関係なく，緩和ケアが提供できる体制を整備する必要がある．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_7_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"52509","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"SAITO,
