In this lecture, theoretical lectures and group work are combined so that undergraduate students who do not have work experience can easily understand the theory of organizational behavior. First, we summarized the text data to capture the general tendency of the student's free writing. Next, we focused on the two reactions of \"interest\" and \"question\" and analyzed the co-occurrence relation of words. As a result, the words related to group work were strongly expressed as a characteristic words of the reaction paper, and it was suggested that the student might have a weak theoretical understanding. On the other hand, as a theoretical topic for raising \"interest\", it was shown that surprising research results that change students' implicit knowledge were effective.
