　A市内の育児相談に来所した母親を対象に，自記式質問紙調査を実施した。調査内容は，母親と子どもの属性，育児環境と「子どもに病気がないかどうか」など17項目についての相談希望であった。
　有効回答103を分析した結果，「成長・発達」と「授乳・離乳」については9割以上の母親が相談を希望しており，母親自身についての相談希望もみられた。また相談希望との背景要因としては「子どもの月齢」，「子どもの出生順位」，「母親の育児経験の有無」が挙げられた。
　育児相談の際はこれらの相談ニーズを想定するとともに，乳児期前半の子どもをもつ母親を重点対象として相談体制の整備を行うことが重要と考えられる。, The purpose of this study was to investigate what mothers with infants under one year of age want to ask public health nurses in child-care consultation services and related factors.
　A self-report questionnaire was administered to mothers using child-care consultation services that are provided by City A. The questionnaire inquired about attributes of mothers and children, the child care environment, and consisted of 17 items regarding the content of the mothers’ consultation including “whether the child is ill or not,” among others. There were 103 valid responses were included in the analysis. The results indicated that over 90% of mothers desired consultations about “growth and development” and “breastfeeding and weaning.” Some mothers wanted to consult about themselves. Factors related to the consultation included “age of the child in months,” “the birth order of the child,” and “mothers’ experience of raising children”.
　Results indicated the importance of predicting consultation needs in advance and dealing with them in childcare consultation services. Moreover, the consultation system should be improved, especially for mothers with infants under six months of age.},
