 note = {市民の畜産理解を深めるため、ヒツジを活用した総合型畜産体験プログラムを開発することを目的とした。総合型プログラ ムは、ヒツジの体重測定、毛刈り、洗毛および羊毛加工体験まで、２日間の日程でヒツジ利用の全般を体験できる内容とした。 従来型プログラムは、家畜と触れ合う体験やジャガイモ栽培体験に短時間の羊毛加工体験を含めた内容とした。総合型プログラムは小学生以上の市民、従来型プログラムは、小学生とその保護者を対象とした。総合型プログラムには小学生から50代までの年代の参加者があり、成人同士の参加も多かった。参加者の意識は、総合型プログラムでは、参加の目的が「ヒツジの毛刈り」（62.5%）であったが、体験後に最も印象に残ったことは「羊毛加工体験」（60.9%）と変化した。従来型プログラムでは、参加の目的は「羊毛加工体験」や「栽培体験」で、印象に残ったことは、「ヒツジの毛刈り」や「動物とのふれあい」が多かった。総合型プログラム参加者は体験後、小学生は家畜の見学や飼育への関心が高くなり、中学生以上では羊毛加工に対する関心の高まりが示された。いずれのプログラムの参加者も、ヒツジに対する印象は好ましく、肯定的であったが、羊毛加工への関心はプログラムによって異なる傾向があった。以上のことから、ヒツジを活用した総合型畜産体験プログラムは、従来型のプログラムよりも幅広い年代の市民に対応でき、家畜への理解を深め、畜産物への関心を高められることが示唆された。, The objectives of this study were to develop new comprehensive practical program for understanding of livestock farming. The comprehensive practical program contained weight measurement of a sheep, shearing, fleece washing and wool processing. On the other hand, three types of the short time wool processing program also provided as general program. They were included the agricultural education activity in the farm. In the comprehensive practical program, the participants with different generations were entered in contrast with the general program which were most of the participants were parent and child. The impressions of the participants after the program were drastically changed. In the comprehensive program, 62.5% of the participants had most interest in shearing, but they got most impression to wool processing (60.9%). Likewise, the participants of the general program had most impression on wool processing and contact with animals even they expected the shearing or planting potatoes beforehand. The participants in the comprehensive program showed more positive interest about to shepherd or using wool or mutton than the participants of the general program. They had positive impression on the sheep, such as, cute, nice and want to keep. In conclusion, the comprehensive practical program using sheep and its products was suitable for any generation and was able to give good understanding of livestock farming.},
