ビジョンスクリーナーとレチノマックスK-プラス3^【○!R】 で得られた屈折データを比較検討する.【対象および方法】幼稚園児502名,1,004眼を対象とした.対象を満三歳児,年少児,年中児,年長児の4群に分けた.Spot^ ビジョンスクリーナーとレチノマックスK-プラス3^【○!R】 を用いて他覚的屈折検査を施行し,両機種のそれぞれの等価球面屈折値,弱主経線屈折値,円柱度数,乱視軸について2機種間で比較検討した.【結果】等価球面屈折値と弱主経線屈折値は全クラスでレチノマックスK-プラス3^【○!R】 で有意に近視寄りであった (P<0.01).乱視は年少,年中,年長クラスにおいてSpot^ ビジョンスクリーナーで乱視量が有意に大きかった (P<0.01).弱主経線屈折値では年少クラスにおいて,2機種間で弱い正の相関がみられた (r=0.2568,p<0.01).乱視量は全てのクラスで相関がなかった.乱視軸の分類ではSpot^ ビジョンスクリーナーで直乱視が多く,倒乱視が少ない傾向であった.【結論】両機種の等価球面屈折値,弱主経線屈折値,円柱度数,乱視軸には異なる傾向がみられた.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Purpose: To compare using the Spot^ Vision Screener and Retinomax K-plus 3^【○!R】 .Subjects and methods: Objective refraction tests were performed on 1,004 eyes of 502 children using the Spot^ Vision Screener and the Retinomax K-plus 3^【○!R】 .Subjects were divided into 4 groups,three-year-old child,3-4,4-5,and 5-6 groups.The data included mean values of spherical equivalent,refraction in the flatter meridian,cylindrical power,and match or mismatch of the astigmatism axis.Results: The spherical equivalent and astigmatic refractions determined by the Retinomax K-plus 3^【○!R】 were more myopic in all significantly (P<0.01).On refraction in the flatter meridian,there was weak correlation between the two devices (r=0.2568,p<0.01).In the amount of astigmatisms,there was no correlation in all groups.The astigmatisms measured by the Spot^ Vision Screener were larger in the 3-4,4-5,and 5-6 year-old groups significantly (P<0.01).In the classification of the astigmatic axis,Spot^ Vision Screener had many direct astigmatisms,and there was a tendency towards little inversion.Conclusions: The two instruments provided differing data for spherical equivalent,refraction in the flatter meridian,cylindrical power,and astigmatism
