If MNE fails to coordinate the internal cultural diversity, conflicts will occur and organizations may be confused. Therefore, it is very important for MNE to take appropriate measures for cultural diversity. Cross-cultural management is an important sub-field in international business research. This is of great significance for Chinese MNE to enter the international market. In this research, it studies the above issue and tries to find out how Chinese MNE conduct cross-cultural management. Taking HUAWEI as an example, this paper analyzes the success of cross-cultural management of Chinese MNE through data analysis and enterprise interviews. In the view of the author, in order to realize the strengthening strategy of cross-cultural management for Chinese MNE, we should pay attention to the following four points: (1) Analyzing the different cultural dimensions. (2) Developing cross-cultural adaptability. (3) Establishing MNE communication mechanism.
