As with other organizations, although it is an administrative department with increased diversity, it must be organized as a functional group that contributes to organization management. If we rely on social constructivism, the transformation of the members' narratives will lead to a change in the workplace culture. This research is organizational autoethnography that depicts the transformation of the workplace culture in a hospital administrative department. As a result, the various measures taken by the administrative director promoted self-disclosure and created new nodes between members, resulting in a change in the workplace culture. This was realized by collateral and loss of discretionary skill designed for each measure. As a result of this, it became possible for members to self-disclose with less psychological resistance, and by constructing relationships among members that could not have occurred so far, things that can not be expressed are expressed, and it is conceivable that the workplace culture has changed.
