 note = {The purpose of this paper is to clarify distribution and characteric of historic buildings in SHIBATA castle town. The authors survey the shape of all buildings we can see in SHIBATA castle town area for the purpose. And we drew historic buildings from the all buildings. From this survey, 803 historic buildings are drawn and the percentage of historic buildings is 20%. There are 4 districts whose percentage of historic buildings is 30% in SHIBATA castle town area. About characteristics of historic buildings, 1 main form is drawn from 12 forms in Samurai zone and towzoneeach.Theform of town zone is in agreement with the characteristic streets.},
