As a result, valid responses were obtained from 106 offices (80.3%). It was shown that for those who had been working as care managers for five years or more and in age between 30 and 39, their willingness to aquire qualification for senior care managers was high, while the willingness was low in age between 50 and 59. (1) Those who aim to obtain the qualification for senior care managers had the following three reasons: ① It will work favorably for career progression. ② It wll work as self-improvement. ③ It will help to train the younger generation.
