The participants consist of Japanese students and International students who come from various universities. The objective was to develop the skill for establishing the positive relationship among the people from the various cultural backgrounds. Through observation of these workshops, we realized the existence of 3 kind of teacher's advice in the activities. 1. The advice concerned with inter-action between students. 2. The advice concerned with the process of the activities. 3. The advice concerned with the contents and step of announcement. And, we propose that teachers should grasp the process of activities and fully pay attention to above 3 points. Furthermore, we propose the following checkpoints that teachers should concern. 1. Does the condition of activities relax? 2. Whether the progress in cooperation is not delayed, please. 3. Does the member of the group change a topic suddenly or oppose to anyone's opinion strongly? 4. Whether the inter-action do fully about the original purpose, please.
