Stature"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1995-07","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"4","bibliographicPageEnd":"508","bibliographicPageStart":"506","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"54","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"小児保健研究"},{"bibliographic_title":"小児保健研究","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"新潟大学医学部附属病院小児科で低身長入院検査を受けた小児を対象に低身長入院検査に対する意識にアンケート調査を行った。GH治療が適応と判定された低身長児（GHTx群）では25名中18名，および，GH治療が適応と判定されなかった低身長児（nonGHTx群）では38名中26名から有効回答を得た。さらに全体を就学前後で，年少児群および年長児群の2群に別けた検討も加えた。年少児群ではヘパリンロック作製時（針をさされるとき）を苦痛と感じていた。年長児群（7歳以上）は成長ホルモン分泌刺激試験，成長ホルモン夜間分泌試験の簡略化を望んでいると考えられた。これらの結果はGHTx群とnonGHTx群で差はなかった。低身長検査の改善のためには現行の検査の簡略化および新しいより簡易な検査の開発が必要である。簡略化のためには低身長検査成績およびGH治療成績の集積，検討が不可欠と考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"40309","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Kikuchi,
