 note = {Most Japanese students study very hard for an entrance examination but after a matriculation they do not study hard. They say that Japanese University is a leisure facility. So, Japanese University must stimulate them to study hard. This subject "How to make your career" has two purposes. At first, they understand various careers, think their career and then they recognize why they must study hard in a university. At the second most Japanese students are not good writers. This subject aims that they become good writers. This subject invites 7 guest speakers. They lectured their careers. Students write their report about a guestspeaker and then I check the reports.},
