Through this experience, we became much more aware of the complexity of the introductive education course and tried to improve materials and textbooks to be used in classes. In 1999, we profoundly reviewed the first year education system, and decided to separate the transitional education course from the introductive education one. We thus started a new course of "Legal study" in the year 2001, designed as a transitional education from high school to university. In this article, we discuss several aspects of the new course: its aim, its content, the production of textbooks, the introduction of an advisory system, the evaluation by students through inquiry. Checking on these points, we also examine our future objective.}, pages = {73--80}, title = {転換数育における授業の実践・教材開発について : リーガル・スタディを対象として(授業研究・教材開発)}, volume = {8}, year = {2003} }
