 note = {This paper is a new research which follows the latest paper (2001). This time, it is so characterized that the concerning TV-Programs (so-called a mass media) were introduced in this paper as I could find and accumulated as Video and DVD-archives. More than hundred and forty new programs were added as a new visual material for concerning lecture and research. And it is also a new attempt to reserve TV-programs as DVD. How to applicate some digital characteristics for lecture is still considered. I would like to report details furthermore in a next paper.},
