As a result, valid responses were obtained from 81 offices(38.6%). The survey revealed that Managers of Home Care Support Offices were expecting the following 2 roles from Senior Care Managers 1. An educational role in regards to other care managers within the office. 2. Exercise their abilities as Senior Care Managers outside the office(in the community).
