 note = {Today rural districts were rapidly changed by urbanization or de-farm etc. Sanbongi town in Miyagi prefecture is above all changed by the constructions of Tohoku Highway or Tohoku New Railroad and the extension of a big company (YKK). How is the hamlet ("mura") considerd to be in the rapidly changing rural districts? In the "Shimoshuku Buraku" which we treated as a case study here the hamlet ("mura") is not considered in common farming labors or institutions of hamlet self-government ("burakukai").
