We provided educational support where after presenting the eye-tracking data taken after six months of joining the service to 28 novice nurses, we asked them to watch the educational DVD so that they can understand the disposition of observation or judgment of nurses with substantial experience. We summarized the conversation of educational support by the respective meaningful context, and after that we coded them. As a result, we could classify it in categories of [analysis of characteristic features of observation of nurses with substantial experience], [confirming the intention of observation of nurses with substantial experience], [assessment of inadequate items in observation and habit of observation], [clarification of issues], and [awareness about peace of mind and growth provided by the trajectory of similar line of vision] and thought that they could understand the disposition of observation or judgment of nurses with substantial experience.
