 note = {新卒看護師のがん患者の看取りケアに対する困難感を明らかにすることを目的に,文献検討を行った.\n医学中央雑誌Web版Ver.5を用い2000年～2014年において，新卒看護師，看取りをKey Wordsとして25件が検索され，その内研究対象が新卒看護師である８件を分析対象とした．困難感を「困ったり悩んだりする」，看取りケアを「予後１ヶ月から亡くなる間際のがん患者のケア」と定義した.文献レビュー・マトリックスで文献を整理し，選んだ記述の意味を損なわぬよう元データを作成し,類似を統合しカテゴリーとした.結果，新卒看護師のがん患者の看取りに対する困難感は，「看取りによる不快感情」と,「看取る能力の不足」のコアカテゴリーに分類された．新卒看護師は多様な不快感情を抱き，看取る能力も不足しており，患者や家族，医師との関係に困難感を抱く2年目以上の看護師との違いが明らかになった．, The purpose of this study is to find the difficulty of new graduate nurses at End-Of-Life-Care for patients with cancer. We did literature review to find about it.25 articles were selected from Igaku chuo Zasshi ver5.We selected 8 articles which object is new graduate nurses by using literature review matrix method. We defined difficulty as“New graduate nurses have difficulty or distress”, End-Of-Life Care as“Caring for patients with cancer, prognosis is one month to nearly death”We made an original data. We collected similar date from those, and we made categories, without impairing meaning of selected articles. We found two core categories,“Uncomfortable feeling by End-Of-Life-Care”and “Lack of skill for End-Of-Life-Care”. We found differences between experienced nurses who have difficulties from communicating with patients, families and doctors, and new graduate nurses who are very temperamental and lack of skill for End-Of-Life Care.},
