Participants were mothers (N=3) that continuously used a NPO facilities with Neuvola functions from their gestation period until after childbirth. Semi-structured interviews were conducted individually and results were analyzed from the following perspectives: “feelings towards child rearing before using the facility” and “feelings towards child rearing after using the facility.” As a result, 158 codes were extracted and 18 categories including 43 sub-categories were developed. It was indicated that mothers felt anxiety and loneliness before using the facility. Through continuous use, they came to feel relaxed and safe. It is considered important for mothers to have a place they can rely on, such as this facility, as well as reliable supporters.
