We analyzed four patients who underwent allogeneic HCT due to hematological diseases. Prior to their final discharge from the hospital, they underwent a trial discharge. Qualitative research using interviews and the qualitative integration method (KJ method) were used to analyze verbatim records of patients’ experiences during their trial discharge. Prior to trial discharge, all patients were anxious about resuming daily activities upon leaving the hospital. However, once discharged to their homes, they felt comfortable resuming daily activities and being with their families. In addition, they received support from their families, who encouraged them to have a positive attitude toward their rehabilitation and reassured them that they would be okay. Thus, the use of trial discharges for patients undergoing allogeneic HCT played a significant role in transforming their anxiety to positive emotion. The results of this study should be useful for preparing appropriate patient-focused support plans for those undergoing allogeneic HCT.}, pages = {39--47}, title = {同種造血幹細胞移植後患者の試験外泊時の思い}, volume = {15}, year = {2018} }
