IAA and IPA in sample solutions that collected from asparagus, broccolies, leeks, honeworts and spinaches were separated well in 40% methanol eluant. In udo (Aralia cordata), an overlapping peak was separated by lowering methanol concentration of an eluent. The results of analysis of diffusible IAA from seven cultivars of leaf-stern-vegetables showed that the amount of diffusible IAA per individual ranged from 013-86 (pmo1/hour) and maximum value (broccolies) was 660 times the minimum value (honeworts). In that per fresh weight, that of spinaches was 12 times the minimum value (asparagus). In that per section area, that of honeworts was 40 times the minmum value (asparagus).
