{"created":"2021-03-01T06:34:13.484119+00:00","id":28415,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"da5f0bd4-c187-459c-b821-a7189e0df614"},"_deposit":{"id":"28415","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"28415"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00028415","sets":["453:456","485:872:1583:1602"]},"item_7_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Analysis on Elder Care Business through Questionnaire Survey to Car Manager and Helper: A Case Study from JA Echigo"}]},"item_7_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2007-08","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"26","bibliographicPageStart":"17","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"60","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"新潟大学農学部研究報告"},{"bibliographic_title":"新潟大学農学部研究報告","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"JA グループによる高齢者福祉活動は、比較的早い段階から取り組みを始め、その規模を着実に拡大させてきたが、2006年4月の改正介護保険法の施行による介護報酬減等、事業を取りまく状況は優しいものではない。そこで、本論文は通所介護事業所でISO9001品質マネジメントの認証を受けるなど高齢者福祉事業に積極的な姿勢で取り組んでいるJA えちご上越を事例として分析を行った。JA えちご上越の高齢者福祉事業の関係者へのインタビュー調査、事業の担い手であるケアマネージャーとヘルパー(介護員)に対するアンケート調査を通じて、事業の担い手の立場からみた介護現場における問題点、事業の持続性を確保するための課題などが明らかになった。まず、ケアマネージャーを対象とするアンケート調査回答者のうち全員がケアプランの質のばらつきを認識していると回答した。また、訪問・通所ヘルパーは、介護技術の向上、通所ヘルパーは基礎的マナーの向上の必要性を認識していると回答した。さらに三者とも自分の仕事の重要性を認識し、責任を持って仕事に臨んでいるものの、訪問ヘルパーの半分以上は、「介護の方法・内容」と「利用者とのコミュニケーション」に関する悩みを持ち、通所ヘルパーは「職場の人間関係」に関する悩みを多く持っており、事業の持続性を確保するためには、きめ細かなサポートを求めていることが明らかになった。 In this research, the realities of the approach of Japan Agriculture Cooperatives (JA) on elder care business analyzed by taking JA Echigo as the case study. The problem on the nursing site and the tasks to the sustainability of the business were clarified through the questionnaire survey to the care manager and the helper (nursing member) and interview investigation to person related to the business. First of all, all members of those who answered the questionnaire survey intended for the care manager were recognized the difference of the quality of the caring plan. Moreover, the improvement of the nursing technology was necessary both for the visiting helper and the day-care center helper, and the necessity of the improvement of basic manners was recognized by the day-care center helper.
