Through Ovule Culture"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2002-04","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"12","bibliographicPageStart":"9","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"1","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"園芸学研究"},{"bibliographic_title":"園芸学研究","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"カシワバアジサイの有用形質をセイヨウアジサイに導入することを目的として,種間雑種の作出方法を検討した. 1.セイヨウアジサイを種子親,カシワバアジサイを花粉親にした種間交配では,受粉後2週間ほどで子房が緑化肥大し,さく果を形成するが,完全な種子はできなかった. 2.交配後のさく果から胚珠を取り出し培養すると胚が発達して,肥大した胚が出現することが確認された.しかし,‘ハルナ’を種子親にした場合では,出現直後に胚が生育を停止し枯死した.‘ブルーダイヤモンド’を種子親にした場合には,非常に低い割合であるが,順化可能な雑種と思われる個体が得られた. 3.順化後温室で栽培した再性個体にはカシワバアジサイ特有の鋸歯が観察され,雑種であると判断された.しかし,雑種個体の全体的な形態は種子親の特徴を多く受け継いでいた.培養開始から2年後に胚珠から再生した雑種6個体のうち1個体が開花したが,花序は中心がやや山型に盛り上がったテマリ型で,種子親の‘ブルーダイヤモンド’の特徴が強く現れていた.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Interspecific hybrids of Hydrangea macrophylla and H. quercifolia were obtained through ovule culture. H. macrophylla 'Blue Diamond', 'Haruna' and H. quercifolia 'Snow Queen' were used. No viable hybrid seeds were obtained by conventional hybridzation. To circumvent the reproductive barrier, ovules were cultured on half-length MS medium containing 3% sucrose. Putative hybrid plantlets were recovered from crosses of H. macrophylla 'Blue Diamond' and H. quercifolia, but not H. macrophylla 'Haruna' and H. quercifolia. The plantlets showed an intermediate-type morphology of leaf serration and veins.
