In addition to the influence of the decrease of shear strength owing to an increase of pore-water pressure along the failure surface, explained ordinarily, the other influences are presented as follows: (1) One of the influences of melted snow water is shown as the change of the safety factor consequent upon the increase of its own weight of sliding mass which depends on an increase of the wet weight of the soil mass above the groundwater level owing to the seepage water from the soil surface, as shown in Eqs. (8). (2) The other influence is due to the increase of its own weight of sliding mass by which the water content of soil near and above the groundwater level is transformed from a wet status to a saturated status owing to a rise of the groundwater level, as shown in Eqs. (8) The resultant change of the safety factor due to both the increase of its own weight and the decrease of its shear strength owing to the rise of the groundwater level is shown in Eqs. (14) or (15).}, pages = {91--97}, title = {融雪浸透水の地すべりへの影響について}, volume = {8}, year = {1986} }
