 note = {In this paper, the discussion of Adachi (2007) of the qualities of the Japanese language teachers who can correspond to the learner's diversification is continued, and developed. This research has been influenced from a German language teaching for the immigrant in Germany. New Immigration Act was enforced in Germany in January, 2005. The new law requires ethnic Germans as well as their family members to pass a language test before they will be allowed to move to Germany. Japanese-language education came also to pay attention to the teacher's training as the foreigners are increasing in Japan. The aim of this paper is considering the skill necessary for the teacher of Japanese-language education.},
