 note = {医学科の教育カリキュラムは入学時から医師国家試験に向けて単線的に積み上げられており、多様な医師、医学研究者を育成するための「幅広い教育」を保証する余裕をもたない。本プログラムは、課題を克服するため将来、基礎医学研究、先端医療研究に従事する、もしくは、地域医療や先端医療のリーダーシップを担う医学生を育成することを目的とする。医学的な素養(Attributes)、すなわち、グローノリレな視点と学識を備えた「医学士力」を得るためグローバルな視点をもった"physician scientists"を養成し、学部・大学院教育をシームレスに接続するモチベーションの形成を行う。積極的な教員の参与により、教育・研究・臨床キャリアマネージメント(学部・大学院接続)の実質化を狙う。本プログラムは新潟大学組織的教育プロジェクト(新潟大学GP)に平成22年度から採択され、2年目を迎え所期の成果をあげつつある。, To harvest medical attributes in the students of Niigata University School of Medicine, in other words, to foster physician scientists who have sufficient clinical skills and research mind who can work internationally and contribute to the happiness of human being, program for "Harvesting Medical Attributes" granted by Niigata University Good Practice Project for Systematic Education started 2010. The products of the project are fruitful, which are confirmed objectively such as questionnaire for faculties and students. The project is expected to produce so many graduates having medical attributes to contribute to the progress of medical science and medicine until the end of the project, March 2014.},
