Also the risk factor of the lifestyle related diseases were evaluated with a score based on the attributes based on the gender, age group, and the household composition. The results were as follows ; 1) The items concerning the intake of essential basic food groups to maintain and promote health such as brightly colored vegetables, seaweeds, seafood, potatoes, balance food, and soybean has been extracted. A positive relation was seen between each item. Factor scores showed that women scored higher among both the genders, in the age group distinction the high score order was 60 years and older followed by 40-59 years old, and 20-39 years old, and in the household composition, a person who is not living alone scored higher than the person living alone (p<.0.01 respectively). The factor concerning the intake of meat and poultry and oils and fats was exxtracted for the third factor, and a positive relation was seen between the items. The third factor scores showed a higher score in women than in men (p<.05). 2) Practical awareness of fitness and regular fitness practice was extracted for the second factor, and a positive relation was seen between the items. In the second factor, in which an intentional, rergular, continuous fitness practice was shown, the 60-year-old or more age group showed a higher score than the age group of 40-59 years old and 20-39 years old (p<.001). 3)Stress awareness, health awareness, sleep and sufficient rest level, and oral hygiene satisfaction level was extracted for the fourth factor, and a positive relation was recognized between the items.
