Sylindrical dentin cavities, 3.0 mm in diameter, 1.3 mm in depth and 90°cavosurface angle, were prepared in extracted human molar teeth. Two types of bonding-system (Gluma/Lumifor and Scotchbond l.c. /P30) were used to restore the cavities. Specimens were stored in deionized water at room temperature for 1D, 1W, 2W and 4W, respectively. Maximum gaps along axial walls and cavity floors were measured microscopically. Shear bond specimens prepared by means of same bonding-system mentioned above were also stored in deionized water for 1D, 1W and 4W, then shear strength was evaluated. The following results were drawn from this study;\n1.Gap width became narrower in accordance with the immersion periods of the specimens in water, this phenomina was much pronounced at side wall than at cavity floors.\n2.Shear bond strength mediated with Gluma/Lumifor system exhibited a slight increased up to 4W. Gaps along axcial wall closed down almost completely after 2W immersion in water. \n3.Scotchbond 1.c.,/P30 system showed a relatively low and constant shear bond strength throughout the observation period. Gap width gradually became narrower in accordance with the periods of water immersion.}, pages = {9--13}, title = {象牙質窩洞において光重合型コンポジットレジンと組合わせたボンディング剤のGap阻止効果 : 第2報、1ヵ月後の状態}, volume = {16}, year = {1986} }
