inhibitorである｡著者らは､OMGのラット口腔内の創傷に対する治癒効果について組織学的に検索した｡Wistar系雄性ラットを用い上顎臼歯部口蓋側にフラップ手術､または歯肉切除を施した後､1日1回15分間OMG軟膏を創傷部に局所塗布し､術後1､3､7日目に屠殺した｡臼歯部を含めて歯周組織を取り出し､パラフィン切片を作製し､光顕的観察を行った｡Azan-Mallory染色標本にて､結合組織線維の産生量を画像解析装置を用いて測定した｡さらに､エポン包埋した1μm厚の薄切切片にて､線維芽細胞様細胞の同定とその数を測定した｡歯肉バイオプシーを採取し､作製した凍結切片にてfibronectin, lamininをマーカーとした蛍光免疫染色を行い､再生上皮､毛細血管､及び結合組織線維の動向を調べた｡術後1日目のOMG群では創傷部の歯肉溝部に多形核白血球(PMN)が限局していたのに対して､基剤群では歯肉結合組織内に広範に浸潤していた｡術後7日目ではOMG群は基剤群と比較して､接合上皮直下の線維芽細胞様細胞数及び､毛細血管が多く認められ､コラーゲン線維の産生も多く､創傷治癒が促進されることが示された｡この点に関してはOMGのprotease抑制効果による可能性が考えられる｡",
