The contents of described general information and clinical evaluations of 102 patients (45 males and 57 females) were collected. Treatment periods from the impression making to the end of adjustment period were collected and also investigated the relationships to three factors, that is, the condition of ridge resorption, the stability of occlusal position and the period of laboratory procedures, yielding the following results : 1) the contents of examinations were nearly similar to the previous surveys in other universities. No significant difference in the average treatment period at each factor was detected (p\u003c.05); 2) the multivariate analysis revealed that the treatment period of each case was equally influenced by three factors. This result indicated that in order to progress the treatment for edentulous patients smoothly in student clinic, not only the ridge resorption but other two factors must be taken into "昭和57年2月から平成2年1月までの8年間の学生臨床実習において､全部床義歯を製作した無歯顎患者男性45症例､女性57症例､合計102症例を対象として､予後調査と臨床教育のための基礎的資料を得る目的で､診療記録の統計調査を行った｡調査した内容は､診療記録に記載された診査内容と治療期間の2項目である｡集計した診査内容は､他大学での調査結果とほぼ類似していたが､調査した年代や臨床実習体制の違いによると思われる差異が認められた｡治療期間に関しては､印象採得から装着までの期間と､(1)顎堤の吸収度､(2)咬合位の安定性､(3)技工に要した期間､の3要因との関連性を検討した｡その結果､各要因別治療期間の分布からは明確な関連性は見いだせなかった｡多変量解析からは､個々の症例の治療期間に対して､3要因がほぼ同じ程度の影響を与えていると考えられた｡これらの結果から､臨床実習を円滑に進めるためには､従来重視されてきた顎堤の吸収度だけでなく､咬合位の安定性と技工期間にも同等の配慮をする必要のあることが示唆された｡",
