In this paper, four cases of salivary stones found in the parotid gland re reported and the clinical and radiographic features were discussed. The patients consisted of one male and three females in 24 to 64 years of age. They were associated with parotitis and swelling of the cheek or buccal mucosa, but the symptoms were mild. All tones were found in the duct and relatively small in size, but two stones were present in three patients. Ultrasonography and CT were quite useful in diagnosing the location and number of stones.
