 note = {We experienced a case of allergic reaction to formocrezol (FC), which was one of the most common disinfectant in infected root canal treatment. The patient was 40-years old male who had aroused anaphylaxis reaction after a dental treatment 3 hours later. The redness of whole body and blood pressure descent were observed. He was recovered by emergency treatment, and was referd to dermatologist. The close examination revealed the fact that he was allergic to formalin contained in FC., われわれは最も一般的な根管消毒剤の一つであるフォルムクレゾール(FC)に対するアレルギー反応を呈した症例を経験した。患者は40歳の男性で、歯科治療後約3時間後に全身の発赤を生じ、さらに血圧が降下しショック状態となった。回復後、当院皮膚科を紹介され、精査の結果、FCに含まれるホルマリンがアレルゲンであると診断された｡},
