{"created":"2021-03-01T06:06:17.846786+00:00","id":2578,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"c607f667-0054-4e40-8cc9-46f6bddf6911"},"_deposit":{"id":"2578","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2578"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00002578","sets":["423:424:425","453:454"]},"item_5_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Analysis of the Reactivity of Hydrogen Atoms Bonded to α-Carbon in Aliphatic Ethers under the Equilibrium Conditions (Use of T-for-H Exchange)"}]},"item_5_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2001-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"3","bibliographicPageEnd":"79","bibliographicPageStart":"73","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"50","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"Radioisotopes"},{"bibliographic_title":"Radioisotopes","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"脂肪族エーテルのα炭素に直結したH原子がT-for-H交換反応に関与できるかどうかを明らかにするため, 直鎖構造を持つエーテルとT標識化合物との間のT-for-H交換反応を平衡下で, 20℃において観測した。この反応は固液系で行われた。用いたエーテルはローンペァを持つ一つの原子を有しており, それらは, ジエチルエーテル, 2, 2ノージクロロジエチルエーテル, そして1, 2-ジクロロエチルエチルエーテルであった。この交換反応において, 固体試料物質としてT標識OH基 (すなわちOT基) を持っポリ (ビニルアルコール) を, 液体試料物質としてp-キシレンに溶かしたおのおののエーテルが用いられた。比較のため, ジフェニルエーテルもまた本研究で使われた (50-80℃) 。溶液の濃度は, それぞれ0.5mol・dm-3であった。本研究から得られた結果から, 次の四つが明らかとなった。 (1) ジエチルエーテルの反応量は2, 2′-ジクロロジエチルエーテルのそれと同様であり, 1, 2-ジクロロエチルエチルエーテルの反応量は前者二つの3/4倍であった。 (3) T標識化合物と接触すると, それぞれのエーテルのα-炭素に結合しているH原子は, T-for-H交換反応に関与することができる。 (3) ジフェニルエーテルの速度定数と以前の研究で (A″-McKayプロット法を使って) 得られた速度定数 (アニリンとベンズアルデヒドのもの) とを比較すると, ジフェニルエーテルはこの交換反応を起こすための後者と同様な能力を持つ。言い換えると, ある種のエーテルのα炭素に結合したH原子は, アニリンの-NH2やベンズァルデヒドの-CHOと似たような反応性を持つ。 (4) エーテルのα-炭素に結合したH原子は, T-for-H交換反応だけでなく他の化学反応も起こすと思われる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"In order to reveal whether the H atom (s) directly bonded to a-carbon in each aliphatic ether can participate in T-for-H exchange reaction, the T-for-H exchange reaction between the ether having normal chain structure and the T-labeled compound was observed at 20℃ under the equilibrium conditions. The reaction was carried out in the liquid-solid system. Each ether used includes an atom having lone pairs, and the ethers are diethyl ether, 2,2’-dichlorodiethyl ether, and 1,2-dichloroethyl ethyl ether. In the exchange reaction, poly (vinyl alcohol) having T-labeled OH groups (i.e., OT group) was used as a solid sample material, and each ether dissolved in p-xylene was used as a liquid sample material. For comparison, Biphenyl ether was also used in this work (50-80℃). The concentration of the solution was set at 0.5 mol・dm-3, respectively. Based on the results obtained in this work, the following four have been clarified. (1) The reaction mass of diethyl ether is the same as that of 2,2’-dichloro diethyl ether, and the mass of 1,2-dichloroethyl ethyl ether is about 3/4 times that of the former two materials. (2) The H atoms bonded to a-carbon in each ether can participate in the T-for-H exchange reaction when they contact with T-labeled compound. (3) Comparing the rate constant for diphenyl ether with that for other materials previously obtained (by using the A\"-McKay plot method) , Biphenyl ether has a similar ability to aniline and benzaldehyde for causing this exchange reaction. In other words, H atoms bonded to a-carbon in certain ethers have a similar reactivity to those of both -NH2 in aniline and -CHO in benzaldehyde.
