A questionnaire survey on the understanding of the nursing personnel and the pamphlet utilizing condition was carried out. Materials and methods : The pamphlet was written in plain terms and was mainly constituted of photos and illustrations, to underscore the importance and to explain how to practice the oral care of the dependent elderly. The pamphlets were mailed to the nursing personnel in charge of 46 nursing-care facilities in Niigata city, accompanied with a questionnaire that asked about the present oral care conditions of the residents, the pamphlet utilizing conditions and changes in the oral conditions after the pamphlet use. Results and discussion : Answers were obtained from 27 facilities (the collect rate was 58.7%). All nursing personnel answered that they could understand the contents and they used the pamphlet for the staff training in oral care practice methods. It was suggested that this pamphlet increased the staff recognition of oral care importance and helped in the practice of oral care in nursing-care facilities.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"【目的】要介護高齢者への口腔ケアを定着させる目的で､歯科医師､看護師､歯科衛生士が連携して､介護者の口腔ケア意識を啓発するためのパンフレットを作成した｡このパンフレットに対する介護者の理解と活用状況をアンケートにて評価した｡【方法】パンフレットは要介護高齢者への口腔ケアの必要性と実践法を啓発する内容とし､平易な用語を用い､写真やイラストを中心にデザインした｡新潟市内介護施設(計46施設)の介護担当責任者にパンフレットを配布し､口腔ケアの現状､パンフレットの活用状況､活用後の変化に関するアンケートを郵送法で送付､回収した｡【結果および考察】回収率は58.7%(27施設)であった｡回収できた27施設すべてから内容が｢理解できた｣との回答が得られ､作成したパンフレットは介護者にとってわかりやすいものであった｡パンフレットはスタッフ教育やケア方法の取得などスタッフ間での活用が多かった｡パンフレット活用後には､スタッフの口腔ケアの認識向上､ケア方法の確立､ケアを新たに実践などの変化が見られた｡このように､今回のパンフレットは介護者の口腔ケアへの知識や意識を高めるとともに､介護施設で口腔ケアを実践するきっかけとなったと推察できた｡","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_7_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"150783","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Ukon,
