The results were as follows. 1. The average number of new outpatients who visited our clinic was 4,373/year. 2. The average number of outpatients referred to us from other clinics was 2,262/year. 3. The average number of outpatients referred to other clinics from us was 1,855/year. 4. The average number of emergency patients on holidays and after-hour was 190/year. 5. The average rate of new outpatients referred to us from other clinics was 50.89%/year. 6. The average rate of outpatients referred to other clinics from us was 44.37%/year. 7. The average referral rate of regional center hospital was 55.12%/year. 8. The number of outpatients referred to our clinic increased every years.
