 note = {抄録:今回われわれは,長野赤十字病院口腔外科における病診連携の現状および問題点を把握するため,2002年4月より2006年3月までの最近4年間に当科を受診した患者を対象に臨床統計的観察を行い,以下の結果を得た｡1. 初診外来患者数は年平均4,373名であった｡2. 紹介患者総数は年平均2,262名であった｡3. 診療情報提供書総数(逆紹介件数)は年平均1,855件であった｡4. 休日,夜間の時間外初診患者は年平均190名であった｡5. 紹介患者加算にかかる紹介率は年平均50.89%であった｡6. 逆紹介率は年平均44.37%であった｡7. 地域医療支援病院紹介率は55.12%であった｡8. 以上,院外紹介患者は年々増加しており,当科が長野県北信地域における口腔外科の基幹病院として重要な役割を果たしていることが示唆された｡, We have made clinico-statistical analysis of outpatients at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Nagano Red Cross Hospital from April 2002 to March 2006 to evaluate the actual condition of medical cooperation with other clinics. The results were as follows. 1. The average number of new outpatients who visited our clinic was 4,373/year. 2. The average number of outpatients referred to us from other clinics was 2,262/year. 3. The average number of outpatients referred to other clinics from us was 1,855/year. 4. The average number of emergency patients on holidays and after-hour was 190/year. 5. The average rate of new outpatients referred to us from other clinics was 50.89%/year. 6. The average rate of outpatients referred to other clinics from us was 44.37%/year. 7. The average referral rate of regional center hospital was 55.12%/year. 8. The number of outpatients referred to our clinic increased every years. Thus our clinic is serving as a very important institution for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the north Nagano district.},
