 note = {今回, 私たちは, 平成14年4月から平成19年3月までの5年間に, 佐渡市立両津病院歯科口腔外科を初診した外来および入院患者について臨床統計的観察を行い, 以下の結果を得た｡ ･対象期間中の新来患者数は1,706名で, 性別は男性716名(41.9%), 女性990名(58.1%), その比は1:1.4であった｡一方, 入院患者数は281名で, 性別は男性135名(48.2%), 女性146名(51.8%), その比は1.1.1であった｡年齢別では, 新来および入院患者ともに70歳代が最も多く, 年次推移でも65歳以上の高齢者が増加傾向にあった｡ ･新来および入院患者の居住地別では, 当施設のある両津地区が最も多かった｡ ･新来患者の紹介元別では, 開業歯科医院が最も多く176名(10.3%)で, 紹介率は全体で17.0%であった｡ ･当科が今後も歯科医療サービスを介して地域貢献してゆくためには, 有病高齢者の歯科医療が主要なテーマの1つになると考えられた｡, A clinical and statistical observation of out and inpatients at the department of dentistry and oral- maxillofacial surgery, sado municipal ryotsu hospital in april 2002 to march 2007 gave the following findings: ・There were 1,706 new patients during the period of time: 716 males (41.9%) and 990 females (58.1%), a sex ratio 1:1.4. There were 281 inpatients: 135 males (48.2%) and 146 females (51.8%), a sex ratio of 1:1.1. Among age groups, patients in their 70s accounted for the highest percentage of out and inpatients, and the number of new elderly patients aged 65 years or older increased year by year. ・The most common residence area was the Ryotsu District for out and inpatients. ・The overall referral rate was 17.0% (287 patients), and dental practitioners most frequently introduced patients (176 patients, 10.3%). ・The correspondence to medically compromised and aged patient is one of the main future themes.},
