{"created":"2021-03-01T06:30:56.195684+00:00","id":25464,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"a161d61b-2ac3-4b66-8e03-33973f6d5a43"},"_deposit":{"id":"25464","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"25464"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00025464","sets":["432:1291:1292:1299","453:456"]},"item_7_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Results of surgical treatment for carcinoma of the oral tongue"}]},"item_7_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2009-12","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"170","bibliographicPageStart":"165","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"39","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"新潟歯学会雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"新潟歯学会雑誌","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"1995年～2008年の14年間に新潟大学医歯学総合病院口腔再建外科において外科療法を行った舌がんの治療成績を検討した。舌がん86例のうち，外科療法を行った79例を対象として，T 分類別，N 分類別，臨床病期別，および再発の有無による５年累積生存率を算出した。T 分類別ではT1（N ＝ 34）は95.5％，T2（N ＝ 31）は83.5％，T3（N ＝ 4）は100％，T4（N ＝ 10）では60％であった。N 分類別ではN0（N ＝ 64）では92.3％，N1（N ＝ 8）では62.5％，N2（N ＝ 7）では57.1％であった。臨床病期別ではstage1（N ＝ 34）では95.5％，stage2（N ＝ 24）では91.0％，stage3（N ＝ 6）では83.3％，stage4（N ＝ 15）では60％であった。経過中に原発巣再発，頸部リンパ節後発転移，遠隔転移がみられた再発群（N ＝ 24 例）では59.0％と再発のなかった群（N ＝ 55）の98％に対して生存率の低下がみられた。79例の5年生存率は86.1％であった。以上より進行症例，再発症例の治療成績が低下していたが，N0症例の頸部リンパ節後発転移（N ＝ 12）は頸部超音波診断ないしCT を用いた厳重な経過観察による早期発見，早期治療によって比較的良好な成績が得られていた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The consecutive 79 patients with carcinoma of the oral tongue treated by surgery between 1995 and 2008 were analyzed for outcome, recurrence patterns, and prognostic factors. The 5-year survival rate for the entire population was 86.1%. The values for T1(N=34), T2(N=31), T3(N=4),and T4(N=10) were 95.5%, 83.5%, 100%, and 60%, and N0(N=64), N1(N=8), and N2(N=7) were 92.3%, 62.5%, and 57.1%, respectively. The corresponding values for stage1(N=34), stage2(N=24), stage3(N=6), and stage4(N=15) were 95.5%, 91.0%, 83.3%, and 60%. respectively. With locoregional, or distant metastatic diseases, the value also decreased from 98% to 59%. On univariate analysis, adavanced stage tumors, locoregional or distant metastatic failures were independent poor prognostic factors.
