 note = {Intensive care is very important in cardiovascular surgery. From 1980 to 1984, 925 patients were operated for cardiovascular disease. 725 cases of these patients （about 80%） were treated in intensive care unit （ICU） for postoperative circular disturbance and respiratory distress. Most of them showed satisfactory progress, but some of them, complicated with renal failure, hepatic failur, DIC, or infection, showed high mortality. So intensive care is very effective to prevent and treat complications.},
