Gram positive coccus, especially Staphylococcus, had been clearly increased in number, however Serratia decreased both from outpatients and inpatients. In complicated UTI, the frequency rate of indole positive Proteus and Pseudomonas were very high, and the plural infections were sometimes seen. Althouh the balloon catheter itself had many merits, spontaneous urination was more desirable if the smooth urination and little residual urine were possible. We showed the successful case of the therapy to the chemotherapy-resistant complicated cystitis. And in cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy, pre- and post-operative UTI were not negligible. E.coli, accounting for overwhelming majority in simple cystitis, had sometimes shown difficulties to be cured. As for STD, recently attracted a good deal of public attention, urethritis due to N.gonorrhoeae and C.trachomatis had been discussed. Finally, the prophylactic medication for post operative infection had been reflected, and some opinions were showed.}, pages = {85--91}, title = {2) 最近の感染症の問題点 : 尿路(シンポジウム 最近の感染症, 第419回新潟医学会)}, volume = {101}, year = {1987} }
