In mice immunized with viable L. monocytogenes, the kinetics of appearance and the degree of DTH coincided well with that of immunological defense. However, lyinphocytes from killed bacteria-immune mice were shown to be capable of transferring DTH without an association with enhanced resistance, while lymphocytes from mice immunized with viable bacteria transferred both DTH and immunological defense. This result suggested the dissociation of DTH and antibacterial defense in T cell level. The possible cxplannation for this finding was presented and the contribution of macrophages and several lymphokines to the expression of host defense was also discussed.}, pages = {1--7}, title = {細胞内寄生性細菌に対する感染防御 : 遅延型過敏反応と防御発現}, volume = {102}, year = {1988} }
