The system used in this study is built of a personal computer, normal ultrasonograms, and a simple device for taking an angle of the transducer. It is made of a slant rule and attachment board. With Funning method, reconstructed images are given from serial sectional echograms from several angles on same position. With 45°method” the images are reconstructed from those of the same angle of 45 degrees on several positions got by shifting transducer. On addition to giving 3-D images, the volume of the subject, such as liver and tumor, can be obtained by use of this program. By means of this method, 59 cases with liver disease were studied. Some of interesting cases are presented. It is suggested that to get the 3-D images and to measure the liver volume are useful for the understanding of the condition in the patients with liver disease., 腹部エコー立体表示及び正確な肝体積計測の新しい方法の開発を試みた.本法はごく一般的なエコー装置とパーソナルコンピュ-タ,およびプロ-ブの角度を検出のための勾配器を用いた簡単な装置を使用する.”扇形合成法”は体表に置くプロ-ブの位置を--定とし角度を変化させて撮った連続写真から合成する方法である.”45度傾斜法”は45度傾けたプローブを腹壁に添わせて移動し,その連続写真から肝の全体像の立体表示と体積計測を行なう方法である.本法は簡便でありぺットサイドで繰り返し行うことができる.本法で得た肝体積は剖検時の肝重量と良く一致した.本法による肝体積測定は,CTのような被曝の恐れもなく,簡便でかつCTより正確であると思われた.コンピュータグラフィックスを用いた本法による立体表示や体積計測は,各種肝疾患の病態把握に有用と考えられた.}, pages = {353--364}, title = {コンピュータグラフィックスを用いた腹部エコー立体表示およびエコー下肝体積測定に関する研究}, volume = {102}, year = {1988} }
