It was more prevalent in IDD than in NIDD patents (85.2% vs 46.3%). The prevalence increased with duration reached to 65% for 10 years or more. The prevalence of DR was constantly high among patients who developed diabetes at 40 years or younger, then decreased with increasing age at onset diabetes. During 1982 and 1985 retinopathy was found in 21 cases out of 65 patients (32.3%). The factors associated with increased incidence of subsequent retinopathy might be: high HbAl level, long durations, younger age at onset diabetes, and high serum TG level.}, pages = {318--322}, title = {2) 当科における糖尿病性網膜症(シンポジウム 糖尿病の合併症と治療に関する最近の進歩, 第426回新潟医学会)}, volume = {102}, year = {1988} }
