Mean (±SD) recoveries were as follows: NE, 47.0±6.5% ; E, 45.6±6.6% ; DA, 47.4±5.4% ; DHBA, 48.2±5.6%. The CV was 13.8% for determination of NE, 14.4% for E, and 11.3% for DA.
