The results obtained were as follows ; 1. By immunohistological staining, IgGs were observed to locate on the surface of syncytiotrophoblasts of early normal pregnancy and hydatidiform mole. The fluorescence of IgGs was stronger in hydatidiform mole than in normal pregnancy. IgGs were to be attenuated in spontaneous abortion compared with normal or molar pregnancy. There was no remarkable change in the localization of IgMs among mole, normal pregnancy and abortion. 2. The amount of IgG eluated from molar tissue was larger than that from normal or abortive chorionic tissue. 3. IgG antibodies, which reacted with plasma membrane vesicles preparing from molar tissue, were detected in the sera of molar patients by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. In conclusion, IgGs found in molar tissue were considered to play an important role as one of immunological factors in relation to the pathogenesis of hydatidiform mole.}, pages = {757--763}, title = {胞状奇胎に関する免疫病因論的研究 : 特に免疫グロブリンの役割}, volume = {102}, year = {1988} }
