Four parameters were defined from the histofgrams and source data. The first parameter is a mean of the test results, the second is a median, the third is the peak location of the histograms, and the fourth is the location at which the simulated Erlang distribution shows the maximum. These four parameters were examined for their sensitivity to any deterioration of the accuracy of laboratory data by superimposing artificial noises. An analysis of the results indicates that the peak location of the Erlang distribution of the histograms and the mean of the original data are very sensitive to changes of accuracy. In addition to the conventional qnality control charts, the proposed parameters can provide clinical laboratories more reliable information about deteriorations of test results.}, pages = {54--58}, title = {臨床検査の精度管理における患者データの有用性について}, volume = {103}, year = {1989} }
