Endocrinological studies revealed that all of thyroxine, cortisol, growth hormone, LH, FSH and TSH was at low level and prolactin was more than 300ng/ml. Goldmann visual fields were normal. CT scan of the sella turcica revealed adenoma with suprasellar protrusion. Hyponatremia and hyperprolactinemia became normal and prolactinoma disappeared after four years of treatment with hydrocortisone, thyradin and bromocriptin. The association of hyponatremic crisis and male prolactinoma was rarely reported.
